Peel makes stickers, collages and photobooks on your phone. It used to be called Collagearonis; it is the same app.
Getting started
Peel opens on Your space, where your collages and photobooks live. The bar at the bottom has Space, a + and Stickers. The + opens Create, with everything you can start.
Tap +, then Make a sticker. Take a photo of something, or tap Photos to use a picture you already have, and the subject is cut out. Give it a name and a collection if you like, then peel it off its backing. Peeling is what saves it, and it lands in Stickers.
Tap a sticker to open it. Shape makes it die-cut, a circle, rounded or square, with or without a border. Edge softens the cut and colours the border. Refine is a brush that restores or erases parts of the cut-out. Hold a sticker in the list to favorite it or move it to a collection.
Tap +, then New collage. Pick 1 to 10 photos or videos, and they fall into a layout that fits. Drag a tile to swap it with another. Tap a tile to select it, then slide to reframe and pinch to zoom. To choose the layout first, tap + and Start from a layout.
Tap +, then New book, and name it. Add photos, stickers, text and drawings to each page, and change the paper, the layout or the edge of a photo. Auto-fill builds pages from photos you choose. Read opens the book and turns the pages, with music if you like.
Add them from the tools under the page. Drag to move, pinch to resize, twist to turn. When something is selected, two fingers anywhere on the page move only that thing. Drag anything onto the bin that appears at the bottom to delete it.
Hold a tile and choose Edit photo for filters, crop, rotate and background removal, or Trim video to cut a clip shorter and pick where it starts.
Tap the download arrow at the top of the editor. Choose the pages, their order and the shape (original, square or 9:16), then save photos or a video to Photos, or to your gallery on Android. Your collage stays editable.
Tap +, then Edit a photo, to open one photo at full resolution: filters, preset or free crop, rotate, cut out the subject. Save writes a new copy to Photos; the original is untouched.
Tap the gear at the top right of Your space, then Look. Simple is quiet white and ink; Wild is yellow and blue. Your pages and stickers stay as they are.
Common questions
It is called Peel now. The name and the look changed, and nothing else did: your collages, books, stickers and template packs are all still there.
On iPhone, to read the photos and videos you pick and to save the finished collage back. That is the only reason. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. On Android it does not ask: you pick through the system photo picker.
To take the photo a sticker is cut from. That is the only reason, and the photo stays on your phone. You can say no and make stickers from photos you already have.
Only if you choose a song from your music library to play while you read a photobook, and only on iPhone. The song plays on your phone. You can say no and pick a song from Files instead, or read without music.
On iPhone it uses Apple's on-device subject detection and needs iOS 17 or later. On Android it uses Google's ML Kit: the first time, Google Play services downloads the model (a few megabytes), so it needs a connection once. Either way it needs a clear subject; on a landscape or a texture it will say no subject was found.
Every frame is rendered on the phone. A long or 4K clip takes a while; the progress bar is honest. Keep the app open until it finishes.
The live preview in a tile plays the raw clip; the filter is applied when you save. The still preview in the trimmer shows the look.
In Your space, with everything else you have made; a draft says Draft under its name. A collage is kept as you work, so there is nothing to save by hand.
No. There is no sign-in, no sync and no subscription.
Yes. Stickers, collages, photobooks and every tool in them are free. Optional template packs of themed, ready-made collages are $1 USD each, paid once. You don't need them.
Tap the shopping bag at the top right of Your space to open the Store. Open a pack to see what is inside, then tap Buy now.
Tap the gear at the top right of Your space and choose Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

Write to hello@tsumida.ai. Say which phone and which iOS or Android version you are on, and what you tapped. A screen recording helps a lot.
